Midweek, what is this a monastism

Answer to my own question is yes! So maybe on friday or saturday.

Listened to: Assemblage 23 - I Am The Rain

Morning: Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram again around 8:45 am in Temple Space ( which needs a cleaning).

Rolling On

Morning:

After doing some ancestor's work, going back into disciplined work. Really disciplined.

Magical Work: Lesser Banishing of the Pentagram OTO style about 15 minutes

Feeding the Spirits

Evening:

Its the monday feeding session

Rough Day Fixing Friends Stuff

Morning: Took a shower, while taking the shower performed the waterfall banishing as per Hands On Chaos Magic. Lunch: Performed the Chao-Kundalini excercise as posted on www.prisamticvortex.com. This took about 20 minutes. Continued on to do Condensing Breathing, and Tai chi with gigong meditations for another 20 minutes. Post Dinner: 2 rituals on the plate. First is a hoodoo style Sweetening Spell (ask me here and I will write it up and post it.).

Tai Chi Goodness, and the Stairmaster

Morning: Performed a SuperNova Banishing. Had to light incense in the house since Bast was not so good when she got trapped in the basement. This did not make me so happy, so I did the banishing to kinda just burn it away. The SuperNova banishing is actually in Hands On Chaos Magic :) I have been reconditioning myself through Self-hypnosis and NLP to always take the stairs whenever possible. This is a habit breaking situation.

Pulling Through

Morning: Late for work, I truly hate mornings. Didn't do anything.

Afternoon/Lunch Performed the Astral Gnostic Pentagram Ritaul and moved straight into the Chao-Kundandlini exercise I do often. Followed this with 15 minutes of Chun Tai Chi to ground down, coupled with the Gigong meditations embedded into the Tai Chi.

Question to Andrieh Vitimus: Getting more Support?

Question: "I've enjoyed your recent podcasts. I'm new to magickal philosophy. Any suggestions on how to get a reluctant wife to provide support, or to generate interest amonst the unsupportive in ones family? Probably a stupid question, but I bet it comes up a lot within relationships and this work. One person discovers while the others fears whats going on. Looking forward to picking up your book."

First, this is absolutely not a stupid question.

In the USA, we supposedly live in a country that is supportive of religious differences. In practice, most of the time our conditioning is very extreme against any sort of self-change or empowerment. Additionally, there is a tendency for any self-improvement to be met with extreme suspicion. It does not matter if this change comes from dedicated self-work or magic, but magic is a convenient and cultural accepted scape goat. Any self-change may produce friction, smoothing that out depends on communication.
