anyone practice Image streaming?

I have recently begun to practice Image streaming most days in an attempt to increase my intelligence and improve visualisation skills.

It has occurred to me that this has similarities to an astral projection technique, especially the phasing method of astral projection, and wondered if anyone has ideas about what image streaming could be in occult terms. is it maybe more like a lucid dream? having taken note of Andrieh's warnings about wandering when out of body, I also wondered if I should taking precautions like banishing or similar? I have never experienced anything which made me feel threatened while image streaming I just wanted to put this out there and see what people think.

There is a rich history of images or flashes of color from spiritual communication. Image streaming seems to provide a method for this communication, an invitation to be influenced visually. It may be a useful framework for remote viewing and astral projection. Banishing is a good idea. In general, if you're wondering whether you should banish, potential negative outcomes that may derail your Work or distract you from it are in your head, so you should at least banish to get rid of these thoughts when you decide to proceed. In my experience, banishing the threats makes the thoughts of them go away, but trying to banish the thoughts without addressing the perceived threats isn't effective. Acknowledge the potential threats and banish.
