The Cthonos Meditation

I just got Peter Carroll's Cthonos Meditation audio CD's. I have listend to them just to get a feel and develop a working based on them. Everything seems cool but planning is a must if the cd' s will be used properly. Astral work is something which I could use a little work at. Aside from performing rituals using visualization alone while in trance, I ceased using any form of astral travel long ago. I will keep everyone posted as to any results concerning the cd's. just wanted to let everyone know they seem to be the cats meow.

I have not ceased it all together, I just started concentrating on other things i.e. enchantment, evocation projects and other fun stuff. I had it down pat a long time ago. I used to do it everyday just for practice, but then my interests went in other directions. I have recently started to make this venture again and have had good luck. Like riding a bike I would suppose. I am compiling a book of results at the moment and I want to take the book in this direction. just a little prep work before starting Liber KKK. I like the CD's, they make for a sweet astral ritual which focuses on six different astral temples. very cool.

Out of curiosity, have you ceased all astral travel altogether or have you only ceased the ability to control the act?
