3 mile walk with Gigong ( Condensing Breathing ) and Inner Smile meditation ( 40 minutes)

Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram while doing the Microcosmic orbit when the Hexagrams are opened up ( I will explain this more throughoughly).  This was VERY effective ( I have to explain why this combination works in detail).

Post Dinner:  Had a visitor and was doing some Tantric work with them.... However, I  got a telephone call and had a bad vibe about the telephone call...  Banished and grounded throughoughly using Solar energies and a Solar Achnor that I further developed from the Solar Self Confidence Alphabet of Desire Kinesthesia Gumbo Ritual.  I refused to take the work from the client because of the rather extreme negative vibe.  In fact was upset another person for giving out my legal name.  Had another person do a reading to double check my intuition which came up that I was write on the money as far as what i did ( that was without telling any details).

Intuition check = good.

Did a reading working on working I am trying to devise.... this was a complicated reading and didnt really tell me exactly what I wanted.  Have to meditate on Mid-Summers more before doing it the way I wanted to do it.

Can't seem to shake my cold, ( had it for a few days now), being out in the ran saturday, did not help.  It was almost gone.  Just have to preserve my strength and seperate out workings with enough time ( but still do lots of gigong), so as to not get sicker.  This is a hard thing to explain to clients sometimes, that you got to take care of you ( and that is true for them as well as myself).  

Trying to work through Orphiel's Sphere of Availability.  This is relatively simple idea, but I am modernizing it and working with this.  Basically, you cant have something that isnt in your sphere of availability ( or more correctly it gets more and more improbable), however, you can strive to increase that sphere of availability at every turn, physically, mentally, and emotionally.  We will be doing alot of the modernized sphere of availability and illumination work at the Boot Camp, and it in practice... provides a type of grand narritive to place the techniques from Hands On Chaos Magic into

  Finacially, need to get some products done as well as some prosperity working ( which I need a couple weekends off, and its not going to happen till next weekend, but I already have a lot to do then).  I am going to start really kinda balancing out the time I need to stay healthy.  I really need people to drive me to and from michigan so I can get shit done.
