In the morning, I performed the Lesser Banishing Ritual or the Pentagram

Integrating some Tai Chi and Gigong, I did the warm up exercises for Master Gary Clyman's Temple style Basics combined with the the Gigong work for 15 minute as per Master Molica's suggestion. This was done till muscle soreness. But the Chi and energy for the banishing was much better.

I combined that with opening the the 7 hexagon gates of venus, and then in the pillar of light that forms from the LBRP, I summoned the Venusian planetary intelligence above me, so it would stream down. Nothing but joy, happiness, universal love. What a great way to start out the morning.

Lunch: Walking Gigong Meditation with an Astral Gnostic Pentagram to Kao-Kundalini

This had an more then usual energy intensity... but it didnt seem like it. When I was doign this Kao Kundalini, its usually a little painful after the heart chrakra point, not this time... and kinda not the last time. I did it, and found myself deeply relaxing, yep the kundalini rose up but it was gentle yet strong. I just kept doing it. Next thing I know an hour passed. Great Trance there. Now I was using a slight technique from Gigong, anywhere that would feel tense, I would just relax as it was rising, but there are alot less blocks to start with.

POST Dinner: Have a tarot reading, spellwork ( Cleansing work for a client), and LOTS of writing to do for the Hypnoenergerics class tomorrow.
