Well I can admit I have been horribly bad about journaling. But I have been doing things. I have been working on getting a part -time job at a major hypnotherapy center, I will be asking Legba to open the road and remove the obstacles for sure since I would like i to be a full time job. I had hoped to apply in cleveland but that just didnt happen.

To much to do, and the list of things keeps growing so I had to prioritize doing the journals a bit lower ( so I can get everything done).   

Yesterday, I was doing Gigong with some new techniques that I had not done before. I hit an energy block, and it was in a weird place as far as where I perceived the issue was. This almost immediately wiped me out, which isn't a bad thing, just means my system set about healing it (and I needed sleep). I am still tired today. Did a Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram this morning while VERY sleepy, that helped, like the angels knew I hit a sore spot.

The second effect of this, was that I am DEFINITELY more psychically sensitive even with my shielding. Thats a good and bad thing. This is essentially, what I asked for from the angel Haniel ( in a slightly different form). But once I took the scaring off the psychic wound with the gigong, bam. got no choice, have to work through it. That is the magical path really, and really I do need to change my lifestyle so I have alot more time to practice, write and do work for you all. So keep encouraging me, since it help.
