Mist

Disclaimer: My technical vocabulary isn’t the best for describing these things, but the energy manipulation aspect is fairly simple. I got the idea as an expansion from some of the energy manipulation exercises in hands-on chaos.

Problem: I’m annoyingly sensitive to other people’s energies. This is distinctly unpleasant on a standing room only train car during rush hour when often I can literally see the emotional garbage clinging to and spewing from people at the end of their workday.

Solution: I set the limits as the walls of the train car. This is more to concentrate and reflect my own energy, as what other people do with theirs is not my concern. Then I establish a connection with the earth (below) and divine (above) pulling energy from both directions with myself as the center. I establish a temporary energy vortex somewhere on the train with the distinct charge of absorbing negative/unhealthful energy and returning it to the earth for cleansing. Using myself as a sort of battery I imagine myself as emanating a mist the color of my aura. The mist is charged with some basic positive intent (I usually use healing as adults respond to it best, but have experimented with love and peace). The intent is to have the mist displace previous energy patterns and buildups in the train car. Furthermore the mist acts as a ‘replacement and encouragement’ for people to unload their negative buildups/stress that they are carrying with them and replace it with whatever energy the mist is programmed with.

Results: I’ve examined the energy of the car before, after, and during the exercise. People do seem somewhat ‘cleaner’ and the atmosphere of the car drastically improves but the most noticeable difference I have been observing from this is in physical body language. People tend to gravitate away from where I set up the vortex, and are strangely friendly in my direction. Also, Children stop screaming/misbehaving.

Side effects: I’ve noticed if I do this exercise when I am sitting down, people are very hesitant to take the seat next to me. I have yet to figure out why or if it is linked to the exercise.

Questions:
Does anyone have suggestions for how to improve this?
Is there a way to ‘contain’ the mist so it keeps working after I leave the train car? It usually begins dissipating whenever I stop actively creating it.
What further uses are there for this?

Chemistry professors talk about this all the time. They say "atoms want to be stable." I find it useful to think in these simplistic terms. I give the crystal an animus... a "wanna machine." It has to wanna do what I want it to do. It's easiier for me to think in those terms during the working instead of in terms of a servitor and its properties. Any way you slice it, it's deliious... whatever floats your boat... provided it works.

Wow, thanks for getting back to me on this one. I hadn’t thought of tying the vortex to a servitor and crystal. The ‘training a crystal’ part confuses me a little though. Mostly I use crystals as either focuses of meditation for various purposes or as ‘private telephone lines/links’ to the gods/astral entities/elementals I work with most frequently. Do you have any advice on how to ‘train a crystal’ or literature I can look into in order to get a better grasp on it? Is it similar to programming a servitor but you’re using the specific crystal’s preexisting energy matrix as a foundation as opposed to building the energy matrix from scratch?

Sorry this has taken me so long to get back to you Silver. I have been testing this in practice. Since the method I use does work with other vortex like rituals.

Since you have my book, I will phrase this in techniques from the book, which actually honestly, I will probalby respond to all the posts ( that are more like questsions on here)

First the vortex idea was a great one. But if you use you as the leverage point it gets more difficult to maintain on its own. Instead what you could do is draw off the part of the negativity as an energy source and use that energy source to feed a sevitor you create

Now tie the servitor to a sigil, and possibly a quartz crystal. It will in practice take several times to do what I am going to suggest. You can train a crystal to be a servitor, and essentially open up that same kinda of gateway you were using.

Figure out the name of hte servitor you'll attach to the crystal with the servitor having the intention to feed off negativity and open the vortex that the crystal will hold.
So instead of picking a random place, do the same ritual over the crystal multiple times. Till it becomes almost instantaneous to be able to summon the vortex from the crystal by merely thinking it. The crystal can be trained in this way, I have testing that piece of the puzzle more then a few times. Concentrate the vortex in the crystal ( and I think this a slight change, try to have the vortex have a polarity that ggoes along with the crystal points, so you want a single terminated crystal so you can have a negative ( receptive and dark) and postivive( projective and light) part of the crystal.

From here, you have to attach the servitor to the crystal. This is a little trickier, and I would do this in a shamanic way which isnt so describable. Essentially, the servitors whole purpose is to interact with the crystal and open the gateway which attracts negativity. What does it get out of this, well, as the negativity is coming into one side of the vortex, its FREE lunch for it, so its got to pull enough negativity to actually be able to open the vortex, which brings alot more toward it. Now the servitor, must have very little intelligence, and be physically tied to the crystal and astral tied to the darker receptive side of the crystal. AKA it Can not feed if it doesnt open the gateway of the crystal. So it might be able to gather enough negative energy to open the gateway, through ambiant means, but it learn after a couple times of you showing it... that its best bet is to open the crystal .... to get a better pull of energy. once you have attached the servitor, demonstrate open the gateway ( which it was made for, so probably make the servitor while holding the crystal to link the too)... This will of course, will mean that that servitor will gather energy and keep the gateway open as much as possible .... Now like I said, if you do this, other sensitives will probably try to shut it down, and probably with success. However, the servitor involved will then go back to gathering ambient energy it can, and then when it has enough reopen the gateway to feed more.

Thats my basic idea on this, and its somewhat tested.

Oh first of all thank you for referring back to my book
and doubly thank you for taking some of those techniques and expanding them
( I probably wouldnt do this excercise for free, but then thats how I am)... THAT Said... I do have some ideas for making it more permanent which I will post after I think a little more about this. The problem is that permanant gateways well they do kinda draw attention, even if people dont know WHY they avoid the spot ( second their intentions sometimes work against you).
however, I have some ideas :)
