I've been looking for a new board --specifically one focused on chaos magick theory--and so far so good. Thank you, Andreih. Good luck for this site and your work.

I've been enthusiastic about CMT for a few years now, mostly dabbling with basic sigil work and now becoming more active with servitors. My background is in Eastern spirituality, though--many many years involvement in Advaita Vedanta with offshoots into Kashmir Shaivism, Kundalini yoga and phenomenology, and various forms of Buddhism. Then I got interested in Western esotericism and occultism about 5 or so years ago. I only know real occultists through Web contacts. To compensate (or something like that) I became affiliated with the local pagan community, which has been unsatisfying, frankly, although I have been giving lectures monthly at a local Wiccan/pagan "coven" I was asked to co-lead. Some people on the forums might know me as Dionesia La Maga. I write, make art and magickal objects, and wander in the woods in my spare time (which is often since I'm now one of the 9.5% of the nation that is unemployed). I live in the NY Metro area and am middle-aged, but pretty well-preserved if I may say so. ;)
