Be careful what you ask for, although in this case I definatley need it. Shango has been ON My ass, fairly though... No more sugar for me.. forcing me to eat right, but he has been fair about the time. I had to miss martial arts again to be the Counselor for another Mambo, and he was understanding. The eating and the Gigong, hes being quite a task master about... in my head... even making me somewhat upset stomach if I go for a sweet... ( but he'll let me do that again after I get back into shape). and he knows its a multiple -month to year project... but I have been feeling more and more upbeat after the venus work.
