Yes I got behind.
Both Thursday and Friday, I did Multiple Lesser Banishing Rituals of the Pentagram through out the day.
Heres what I have to note about the Meditative Walking.
Before I had my rough patch of a friend dying and a bunch of stuff the last 6 months... and the saturn work.... I had lost a fair amount of weight.
During that time, I was doing alot of energy work and well physical martial arts. The real key to that weight loss ( even though it might seem like it was the diet, or the martial arts) was the actual meditative walking. Here's what I have found out just by doing that. The meditative walking generally gently cycles the Chi through the body, and cleanses it out. Isolated by itself, I am losing weight without focusing on died or excessive exercise. Although Master Clyman's Net Gui is good, it is very Yang. This is more a combination of Yin and Yang and very much more in line with who I serve in Vodou ( Praise and honor to Papa Legba)... Since walking along the road is one aspect of Legba, and the meditative effects on the body are better then even deep trance states for me. This actually provides the foundational energy cleansing to do the rest of the diet work and energy work or excessive exercise. It cleanse out the negative emotions which I believe is the real cause of obesity ( but I am not a doctor).
Saturday:
Morrigan Sex Magic Ritual ( this was a smaller ritual)
Suffice to say I have a relatively strong connection to the Morrigan in her aspect of "Lover" aka she is not jealous but if she asks which she rarely does DO NOT SPURN her, for she says to the hero Kurrigan, more or less, love me, and Ill give you the riches of the earth/Prowess in battle/etc.
Well of course, he spurns her and dies in battle ( but she still has mercy on him in the end). Needless to say, this is type of offering the Morrigan actually asks of me sometimes... basically don't spurn her.
But alas, I have no problem with the Combination of Sex and Death energies......that she is.. I guess some people would find that a little hidious, but it revitlizes me.. hence I joined an order named Thaneteros ( sex and Death).
This was a sex magic operation that was pretty simple

Statement of intent: Morrigan hunt and destroy obsticles preventing my happiness currently in my way.
Invoke Morrigan through Sexual Gnosis Autostimulation ( by the way she is a goddess of Sex, Death, Rebirth and the Earth) while intensely focusing on the Morrigan in her aspects and connections she has revealed to me. The sexual gnosis is in fact an offering in this case, and the products of that offering for a male is a link for her to act. Autostimulation till climax, and the physical result of the combination of energies (semen) giving to her as a method of bringing the Faery kind more into my life. The physical talismon more or less started to glow when I had applied the semen and well I have to say, seem brilliantly happy.

KEEP in my few things. I HAVE a close relationship with this goddess as an aspect of non-irish faery magic, ancestral, and being VERY close to the Unseelie spirits to start with. ( and not fluffy magic either). Second, she has always kept her word to me, and right now I need a few slightly more aggressive spirits fighting for me. Third, DO not give your blood or semen or vaginal fluids to a spirit UNLESS you have a good relationship with them. Period. Period. LET ME REPEAT. I can get away with this simple of a ritual because I have a WELL established link, and a DEEP connection. You probably will need more of a ritual format till you get a personal relationship with this goddesss.
Result: I feel amazing better, like an influx of energy, and the trees and grass seem to have a certain glow ( meaning I definitely am in the earth vibe and definately seeing /feeling auras even of people). I usually can do that, but its become way more common now without trance states. As far as tangible results, I will see .... keeping my eyes open.
