Did the Walking meditation ( I know I have to post this meditaiton, request count is now at 11).

Finished writing the course work for the Arconorium college for this week. My class is on astral magic. Check out the   Arcanorium College.

After the 5 hour writing cram session, did the venusian ritual again. I am noticing the time I need to get to the state of gnosis with this ritual and get the benefits is decreasing. I am getting a weird Time Dilation effect. The Time in ritual seems alot longer then it is and I am in a pretty solid trance state. It takes me more then a few moments to come back from the ritual and finish with a cabalistic cross. This pretty well tells me the ritual has in fact started to transform neuro pathways, and my general mind set is FAR more positive, and in line with self-love ( which doesnt needfully mean what people think, but accross the board, I am seeing people act out of self respect and love after this ritual.

Of course, sometimes this comes accross as not as nice. The reason is because often times people put unfair expectations on people and use guilt/ remorse/ their pain as manipulative tactics. This is "screened" as the famous phrase and its varients of "if you love me", youd do X. But thats not love is it. Self love, gives you the ability to say no. Because while you may care about a person, self-love reacts and says no to emotional blackmail.

The real question sometimes is how much of human behavior is emotional blackmail.
