Utilize the shitter.

Lately I have found myself lacking energy for charging sigils and what have you... however... when i have the energy I have nothing planned to charge. So this is what I'm doing. Making sigils when I take a shit (must more productive that reading a magazine). and putting them away for later when i get a burst of energy. So hopefully I will always have something to do magically with out having to put the extra energy into planning.

Sense I'm on the subject of the shitter... I just did something very interesting.... I took a shit... however the toilet was clogged... This was right after performing the GPR. So standing there looking at it for a few minutes I thought to try something out. Useing the euphoric after glow the GPR I concentrated on the weight of the water above the clog pushing it down and the sucking motion from the vacuum below sucking it down, and then visualized the clog going down the toilet. After brief concentration i stopped... then looked at it for a few more moments... It just wasn't moving, so just as I reached for the plunger it went down... No more poo poo :) yay!

I've found that firing off sigils while taking a dump can be an effective technique.

Plus, you can dispose of them by flushing (assuming you've drawn them on something appropriate).

I've also considered, but not gotten around to, taping sigils to the wall opposite the pot and keeping them there until I forget what they are, then, each morning (or as appropriate), fire off another one.
