Missed Meditation Tuesday do to a little post office issue, HOWEVER, did go to Kung Fu.
Morning: LBRP
Lunchtime: Did a Meditative Walk ( which I have been request to write up the exact details so I will) with a bunch of kundalini Work via the Invocations of the Chao-Kundalini
Nightime: Tai Chi was extensive Gigong, and alot of good medical gigong techniqes.
I am working on writing the techniques ( for myself), Out of what I learned there, I am only going to post One technique which is the Eagle Claw technique ( since it is a slightly different variation on something I have in my book and is actually really kewl)... Its a healing technique.
