Its Wednesday.  I have  a head cold.

Morning:  Sex Magic Operation that invovlve Tantrika stuff, masturbation ( oops I said a naughty word), and a spirit who will go unnamed.  The exact proceedure involves something akin to Condensening the energy of a spirit into the body, pushing more sexual energy with intention to the spirutal entity, and then essentially making a trade of Jing ( sexual energy), for a Spiritually embued energy.  Some Spirits like sexual energy alot, and are willing to trade.  See disclaimer about banishing.  This roughly is a combination of gigong, visualization, and a host of other invocation techniques ( not really invocation, cause your condensing the spiritual energy into your bones as it were).  Want more details, bug me about how... I still dont kiss and tell so I am not going into details about who, what why.   In some cases, I might be to tired to see the benefits, but I think things are getting cleared out of my Heart Chrakra.  Usually when I get this tired after a weekend of work like I just had, I would be not just irritated... but well hostile, enraged, maybe even depressed.  I am fairing a bit better this time.

LunchTime:

Seeing how lack of energy is the problem ( and lack of drinking water which I am doing now).   Walked about 3 miles at lunch while doing condensing breathing ( aka Clyman gigong) with the Inner Smile.  This essentially condenses energy into the body from the enviroment at a accelerated rate.    At the cafe, did a Astral Gnostic Pentagram Ritual followed by a Invocation of the Chao Kundalini ,  which then I proceeded to pull all that Chi store it into the stickman and Dantien, after reaching the second transpersonal beyond body chrakra.  This feels way different after the Choronzon ritual, its simply put alot easier to spike the kundalini up that far.  Always forget to drink the right amount of water, and my body gets pissy with me after the kundalini stuff, sigh will go drink water.

Evening:  Tai Chi Night, 60 minutes of SingJe+ Tai Chi + Gigong.  Will try to write the class, Spiritual Communication, which is really more like Spiritual Communication for people who think they suck at spiritual communication for the next weekend in Adrian.

Will be doing an LBRP tongiht and trying to investigate the Solar Planetary Intelligence work I need to do.  I am having trouble working out a direct ritual framework for the RA work I am supposed to do, and believe I will be more solar inspired by tweaking and changing my energy patterns in line with the Solar Intelligence, then trying to concentrate on the Ra work in a more "Sun" fashion :)
