Wednesday, Trying to get back on track

Morning:

LBRP

but I need to physically clean my temple space. Too much sorcery and having to run to different parts of the country.

Lunch:

Walking Meditation, 1 hour walk. This was a good few mile walk.

My walking meditation consists of the following steps.

First, I slow my breathing down as slow as possible. Start walking with head phones ( I prefer non-word techno music, trance orientated stuff).

Start the Macrocosmic orbit while walking. Each breath in and out one cycle. ( I can explain this in detail if someone wants).

I have not read this in a book, but I am sure it exists somewhere. Many books will have you do this more aggressively I know, but thats not my purpose.

The purpose of doing a slow Macrocosmic orbit while walking does a couple practical things. First, it generally is a great way to get exercise that is low impact. Second, it slowly rebuilds the internal energy system, and the macrocosmic orbit while walking dips into the earth and heaven. This means that while it is mostly your energy you are moving around, the circular motion of energy will use the earth to purify and filter your own energy, while pulling more energy into the system. This is a gentle pull, not quite the same as an extreme pull. This acts as a filter, and as a adding energy to the system, using the natural chi motion that occurs with walking anyway.

I have had some leg sickness, and the recent grieving, this method was exactly how I reconditioned my energy before to start working towards pretty quick weight loss and just a better wellness. It is slower then other methods, but has more wellness benefits.
