Well MetI figured it would be polite of me to stop by and introduce myself. My name is Jo. I am a single 27 year old EMT in the process of moving to Ohio. Other than my EMT license, I hold no unique certificates or degrees, and admittedly am fascinated by Qi Gong and Tai Chi, as well as things such as hypnosis. In my line of work, having a good knowledge of healing rituals seems to somehow (without me telling my patients about it) keep my patients at ease during their trip. I have noticed one thing that I think some will find funny. When I am meditating or working within a circle, my cat seems to like to sit on me and go to sleep. Why, I have no idea, but its a comforting thing nonetheless. I hope to hear from everyone else soon, and hope that you all stay safe and well. Blessings... ~Jo

So you're an EMT, eh? How do you like it? I'm heading to nursing school myself- currently working on my CNA cert- then into LPN and onward- so it's nice to chat with someone else who is magically inclined and in the medical profession 8-)
