If you dont have a google plus account email or facebook me and I'll send you an invite.

Ideally, most people should be able to use their bluetooth headset with their computer to be hands free.

For the people who can't get to a computer, just can't get to google plus or something else, we will have skype open.
216-772-0223 or via skype to andriehvitimus

We simply will open the conference up and start with a bell at 9:05 with the repetitions. We ask everyone to simply chant the mantra and no additional talking. People may come and go, and we have not worked out how the phone teleconference will work so be patient. The Bell will signify the start of the Aum's the stop of the Aum's and the start and end of the second  and third mantra. As many of you know, it is the intention behind the mantra that matters with this. Andrieh is not a hindu priest, and may not pronounce the Sanskript exactly correct but we all will work on it. Just follow along in pure intention.

Mantra Work Tonight

  • 1 Mala of Aum

  • 4 Mala of  Aum gajakarnikaya namah

Aum

Aum has three sounds A...U....M. " A " signifies the beginning of the universe. U signifies the life period of universe and M signifies the destruction of the Universe. Hence Om is the only word which notifies the three main work of God that is creation, operation and destruction of srishti (Universe). This represents the three first forms of God viz. are Brahmaa (creator), Vishnu (operator) and the destructor (The Shiva).

Most of the mantra in Hinduism start with the word AUM, because AUM is the consciousness and the other words in a mantra are Nature or Prakriti. AUM in itself is a complete Mantra and its chanting is sacred and brings enlightenment. It is truely called MAHA MANTRA.

It does not belong to any language...it is primodal vibration of the consciousness which created the universe

AUM has four steps A...U....M and the last one silent

A = Physical plane , wake-state of mind, Beginning,Brahmaa,

U = Astral Plane, dream state of mind, Manifestation,Vishnu,

M = Causal Plane, dream-less state , Destruction,Rudra,

Fourth unspoken sound = Turiya, beyond universe, Enlightened state

( taken from the internet, I will write up my experience with Aum soon in a blog).

Aum is roughly realted to the trinity of Vishnu->Brahma->Shiva.  It represents all things in the universe

Aum gajakarnikaya namah

From http://www.mailerindia.com

"The ears of Ganesha, the elephant, are constant fanning, which means people may talk a lot, but you are not receiving inside anything other than that which is important. It also means that you can sit anywhere and tune this cosmic television (the body) with seven channels (chakras) and all 72,000 nadis, to any loka and be able to hear ancestors, angels, the voice of God or the voice of prophets. That kind of inner ear you will develop through this mantra."

Andrieh's Take:  Essentially, this is a mantra to develop mediumship, however it means some thing else too..  Tuning to whats important means you tune out what is not.   Essentially it does two real things.  First, it helps you to ignore confusing information that serves no purpose ( aka advertising, gossip, and more). Second, helps you to focus internally on what you really need, to your own spirituality and your own purposes.

Aum Sumuk-haya namah

This mantra has a lot of meaning, but to make it simple, it means you will be always very beautiful in soul, in spirit, in face, everything. By meditating on this mantra, very pleasing manners and a beauty comes on you. Along with that comes peace, which constantly dances in your eyes; and the words you speak are all filled with that power of love.

Aum gam ganapataye namah

This is a mantra from Ganapati Upanishad. One may always use it before beginning a journey, a new course in school, new career or job, or before entering into any new contract or business so that impediments are removed and your endeavor may be crowned with success.
